We believe in delivering the highest quality products, but if there is a discrepancy between the online order you placed and the product you received, we're here to help.

Order Discrepancies: If you notice any discrepancies in your order upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We value your satisfaction and will thoroughly investigate the issue to provide a suitable remedy.

Customization Accuracy: Since the majority of our products are made to order, it's essential to review your choices carefully. Double-check that you're selecting the correct item, size, color, monogram lettering, and other specifications before finalizing your purchase. AB Creations cannot be held responsible for items ordered incorrectly.

Order Changes: We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. If you realize adjustments are needed in your order, kindly message us as soon as possible. If production hasn't commenced, we're happy to modify your order. However, if the item has already been crafted, you will still be held responsible for the purchase.

Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving or delivering the product. We will promptly initiate a case to review the situation and work towards resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Please be aware that AB Creations cannot be held accountable for shipments that are lost or damaged during transit. To secure your order, we recommend opting for priority shipping, which includes insurance coverage. Keep in mind that shipping times may vary, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
