Made-to-order items
Because every item is made to order, and many are personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizes chosen at checkout. Please check size and personalization details before ordering.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no charge before we begin production. Once your item has been made, it can't be canceled.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
